Payments and Pricing

Hourly rate $35

Package Pricing:

10 hours for $300 (billed monthly)

20 hours for $500 (billed monthly)

Hourly rates are best for those who need projects completed on an irregular basis.  

Package pricing is best for those who will need re-occurring projects, such as payroll, invoicing and transaction entry. Two tiers of hours offered, customization available.

(Simple bookkeeping tasks for smaller businesses can often be completed with the ten-hour pricing package billed monthly, however there are exceptions. Anything in addition will be discussed with the client prior to increasing or decreasing fees.)

Digital Policy

Due to the digital, immediate availability of work provided payment is required in full the beginning of each month service is rendered.

An invoice will be provided via Quickbooks, once payment is received hourly or monthly work will commence, respectively.

Specifics

Specifics of your company and policies you wish to employ will be discussed thoroughly via email or phone call to ensure all needs are being met. Short questionnaire is required in order to secure a productive work flow.

Documents will be requested and shared using QBO My Accountant forum as necessary.

Contract

Acceptance of this packet initiates an agreement to abide by client/assistant expectations and content provided there in.

Payments are expected to be timely and work provided will be accurate and efficient.

Changes to agreement shall be obtained in writing within 14 days of request.
